Each rental includes a high-quality projector, screen, speakers, and seating setup for up to 8. We have optional styling elements to help set the vibe and additional seating, for an additional cost. We’ll handle setup and teardown, so all you need to do is press play.

Yes - a 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

We sure do. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within our service area. We'll handle the logistics so you can focus on the fun.

Most setups work well in an average-sized backyard or open indoor space. We recommend an area of at least 20×15 feet for the screen and seating, but we can adjust to fit your space.

Rentals are designed for one evening (up to 3.5 hours). If you’d like to keep the setup longer or overnight, we can accommodate at an additional cost.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before your event will receive a full refund minus the deposit. For cancellations within 14 days, we’ll work with you to reschedule when possible.

To book your event, just fill out the contact form on our website with your preferred date, location, and which experience you’re interested in. We’ll follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm availability, answer any questions, and walk you through next steps. A deposit is required to secure your date.

If your event is outdoors and rain or high winds are in the forecast, we’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability. Indoor setups are also an option.ption

Our standard setup is designed for 8, but you can always supplement with your own extra seating. Reach out if you’d like to discuss larger setups.

You’ll need a standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. We’ll handle all the cords and connections.

No - once everything is set up, we’ll leave you to enjoy the experience. We’ll return after your rental time to break it all down.
